What is CheckBox?
CheckBox was developed by Maxwell Facilities Management Ltd, a family-run business working nationwide with schools and Multi-Academy Trusts. Recognising the need for a compliance-focused platform that site managers and staff could use easily while on the move, we created CheckBox to meet that demand. With deep industry expertise and a genuine passion for compliance, we are committed to supporting your school or organisation at every stage of its compliance journey.
The CheckBox Story
We noticed that there was a need for compliance checks for be speed up and the process of occupier checks to be digitalised. We worked to create an environment for schools to keep track of compliance, store service sheets and create a digital record for audit purposes, all in one place.
